I used a floor jack to raise the bedroom slide sufficiently to remove and install new rollers. Some folks use wood blocking outside on top of  the slide then move the slide inward forcing the bottom to tilt upward. 

 

My floor jack gives me more control however were I without a jack I would use the second method. 

 

The rollers are spring loaded on one end only. Push the rod inward remove and replace.

 

First picture shows the right bearing destroyed.
