Goodbye to Carl Spindler sunsets and Humboldt Farm stay. Two weeks found us at Lou's walk-up for Tenderloin sandwiches and Emo's ice cream stand more than once. Northward to Harrington Beach located on the western edge of Lake Michigan. Where I licked wounds and bruises for two nights while rain pitter-patted the roof. It was then on to upper Michigan.
